Activation of seasons and day/night texture features

FS2000 has a feature known as LoadBitmap() where the texture is automatically modified to suit the season or day/night. For example, FS2000 contains some texture files for each season. If the texture file name is Texture.bmp, then associated files exist named as Texture_WI.bmp for winter, Texture_SP.bmp for spring and Texture_FA.bmp for the autumn (fall for our American friends). For the night effect, the texture must have an associated file named Texture_LM.bmp and then, for example, windows in a building are illuminated at night. These effects can be activated in the texture dialog box if the associated files exist. EOD can automatically find these associated files if they exist. These associated files can also be home produced. For further reading, a search of the internet can be made where plenty of information is available. However, you can Email your questions to me.

The LoadBitmap feature works with  CFS1, FS2000, CFS2 & FS2002, but not with FS98.
