Introduction

History :-)
A long time ago I tried to design objects with Visual Object designer (VOD), but I had problems because the whole object was not actually shown. What was missing was a primitive outline drawing of the object. It was because of this, I decided to write Easy Object Designer (EOD). The word 'Easy' is not to be taken too literally, more simply, the program easily shows the positions of the individual objects making up the complete object. This compares with VOD which does not.

Who will use EOD
EOD is meant to be straight forward for all users, who want to produce an object (like a house) relatively easily, but without special features like  moving hangar doors, for example. It's also a good program to get into scenery object design, compared to gMax which is with it's complexity not very motivating for a beginner.

Usage
EOD produces API files of your 3D objects. These are scenery files of objects that can be used in the well known free scenery designer called Airport 2.6. The API files can also be used in any of the other scenery design programs that support this format. A compatibility list can be found at my website. http://www.echos.ch/eod

EOD is my first program of this type and of this complexity. I depend on comments from users in order to constantly improve EOD. This program is by no means error free, although hopefully few in number. Please email any comments or suggestions.
